Yes. Sinus TP Pte. Ltd. is a fully registered company in Singapore. Our Unique Entity Number (UEN) is 201944490T, which can be verified through the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) BizFile portal.

Our monitoring app is engineered for minimal resource usage. In typical passive monitoring mode, it consumes less than 3% additional battery per day on most devices.
Active test sessions (which you initiate manually) may use slightly more resources, but these are brief and you remain in full control of when they run. You can pause or stop the app at any time from your device settings.

Absolutely. Data privacy is a top priority at Sinus TP. Our testing app only collects network-related metrics such as signal strength, connection speed, and geographic coordinates — never personal messages, call logs, or sensitive personal information.
All data is transmitted over encrypted channels and stored on secure servers in Singapore, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You may request deletion of your data at any time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Our topup & recharge service allows you to add mobile credit or data to your account quickly and securely. Simply select your carrier, enter the amount you wish to topup, and complete the payment — the credit is applied to your account within minutes.
We support all major Singapore mobile carriers and a growing number of international networks. The service is available 24/7 through our platform with no hidden fees or surcharges.

All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store any card information on our servers.
The vast majority of topup transactions are processed instantly — typically within 30 seconds to 2 minutes after payment confirmation. In rare cases of network delays, processing may take up to 15 minutes.
If your topup has not been received after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate immediately.
Yes. If a topup transaction fails or the credit is not delivered to your account despite a successful payment, you are entitled to a full refund or a re-delivery of the topup credit at no additional cost.
Please initiate a refund request within 7 days of the failed transaction. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. For full details, please read our Refund Policy.
You earn rewards by actively participating in our mobile testing programs. Points are credited to your account based on the quality and volume of data you submit, including:
Points can be redeemed for mobile topup credits, gift vouchers, or cash transfers to your PayNow-linked account.
Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account. Points will expire if your account remains inactive (no testing activity or redemption) for more than 12 consecutive months.
We will send you an email reminder 30 days before your points are due to expire, giving you ample time to redeem them or re-activate your account.
Redeeming your rewards is straightforward. Simply log into your Sinus TP account dashboard, navigate to the Rewards section, and select your preferred redemption option:
